What is The Small Joys Club?
The Small Joys Club was founded in September of 2024 as a way to allow you to be involved in my mission to discover and spread the small joys in life. When you choose to join the Small Joys Club, not only do you help fund my purpose in life, but you also receive a little reminder of joy in the mail every month: a postcard and a letter from the artist.
When will I receive my postcard?
Postcards are mailed out during the first weekend of each month. You will receive an email once it's been sent out. If you feel like you've been waiting too long, or have questions about when you will receive it, don't hesitate to email me!
What's the difference between the two tiers?
In tier 1 you receive one 4.25 x 5.5 Postcard Print on textured paper. The picture quality is slightly less saturated and less crisp than the Fine Art Print offered in tier 2.
In Tier 2 you receive one 4x6'' Fine Art Print on matte photo paper. The 4x6'' is size allows for easier framing, and the quality of the print will be more crisp, clear, and is a truer color match to the original painting. In tier 2 you also receive a full length letter rather than a postcard sized letter offered in Tier 1.
What happens if I need to change my delivery address?
Email me at [email protected], or log into your customer portal here to change details about your subscription.
What happens if I need a refund?
If you experience any issues with your Small Joys Letter, email me at [email protected] so that I can help resolve your problem.
I do offer a grace period of 60 days, and will offer a refund of up to two Small Joys letters. I hope it doesn't come to this, and that you do love your Small Joys Letters!
Is my payment secure?
